Hello my colleague and i are stumped by problem he is having viewing some jpegs in emails. in outlook 2003 with XP.
when an email comes in with an attachment image001.jpg, other "image00*.jpg" files are no problemhe cant open it, we have found that he has 99 files named = image001(*).jpg. we have manually deleted them, but the problem has returned, he has not had that many image001.jpg files come in, but for some reason, he still cant open it. , but the (number) counter shows that he is not nearing 100.
we have cleaned out the temporary internet files from IE7 but the problem still happens,
anyone have a clue whats going on. i have searched many variations of phrases on the internet and so far have had no luck.
