Problem with IIS in 2000 professionals

Hello
I tried to install IIS in Windows 2000 professional.
It installed properly and when i went to administrative
Tools and clicked Internet Services Manger then i get the
following error message

Error connecting to :VIMAL
The dependency service or group failed to start.

vimal is the machine name.

So i need your help how to solve this problem.

This is not related to Group Policy.

Try to ask in the IIS gorup.
