Hi,
After I installed Verizon DSL software I found my dial up modem can't any
longer be accesses by other software (I wanted to keep free NetZero as back
up if DSL is down). Furthermore, when I open IE6.0 Tools/Connections menu all
options there are greyed out. Click on Add connection brings message that
tells me that configuration prevents me to do it. Likewise, I can't open
Phone and Modem Options in my control panel. Apparently DSL software has
changed something in my computer settings that affects dial up modem.
(Hardware manager tells the modem works OK). Any suggestions?
