xp phone dialer

the phone dialer that comes with xp it all so has conferences with it.Is
there away I can use the phone dialer with dsl? I have my internet connect
throught my cable company,I do not have dial-up so I do not have a phone line
hooked to my computer,I have a DSL line it is not picking up the DSL line it
picks up my dial up modem, which has nothing hooked up to it.

Connect a phone line througfh a DSL filter to a v.90/v.92 FAX-modem on the PC. You can
happily share the phone line with DSL with Dial-Up-Networking (DUN) and FAX.

I have one phone line with Verizon DSL. With it I do DUN, FAX (send and receive) and I
still get Caller-ID.
