Problem with connection settings

When I exit Explorer the connection settings always change from dial my
default to never dial a connection. I have to reset this option every time I
start IE6. Also the dialup connection will not allow me to save the
password and automatically connect. When I go to the options tab to select
these options they are grayed out.

Any ideas?
