Problem with backup...

Due to a virus, my computer informed me to follow several steps. Now, I am lost. When it came to backup files, it told me to go to start>All programs>Accessories>system tools>backup>etc. EXCEPT: backup doesn't exist here. The following is what does come up:character map, disk cleanup, disk defrag, files and setting transfer wizard, scheduled tasks, system info, and system restore. I even tried right clicking on system tools and can't find it. Please can someone help me?

Gretings:

In the command prompt or in Start\Run\ type ntbackup.exe or run a search
for it or even find it visually in the System32 folder.

I have the same problem. Backup is not mentioned on the systems tools menu
and I tried to search as suggested by Juan but the search found nothing.
