Problem viewing "My Pictures"

I can no longer view some of my pictures. Some of my folders show the pics
( and some don't) but as I double click on the ones that show a picture on
the folder, it show's "No preview available." What's wrong? I recently moved
some folders to one main folder and ever since then.. it's been screwed up.
Please help me.
