Problem not solved, still need your help

I posted this once before. One person answered and told me to post the
question on the Windows IE newsgroup and one person (thank you ,Frank
Saunders) tried to help by telling me to uncheck "Do not save encrypted
pages to disk" This wasn't checked so I didn't need to uncheck it. And as
far as asking the question on the other newsgroup, I tried that and got no
answers. So here is my problem.

Starting just very recently when I go to a message board and send a reply,
then click the continue button, then use my back arrow to read the other
messages, I get: "Warning: Page has Expired. The page you requested was
created using information you submitted in a form. This page is no longer
available. As a security precaution, Internet Explorer does not
automatically resubmit your information for you." The Internet Explorer
window this message comes up in is labeled About Working Offline. I'm not
too smart when it comes to the computer but I do know I'm not working
offline. I get this all the time now. Did I mess up a setting somewhere?
Can you help me fix it? I'm using Windows XP Home Version and am connected
to DSL.

Someone has always taken the time to help me before and for that and all
future help, I want to say thank you very much.

Sandee, I'm a newcomer to WinXP, but in the past on
Win98, and those before it...when you got a page expired
notice, you could usually hit the 'refresh' button, then
the spacebar or return key and your old page would be
viewable again.

Hope this helps.

It might be something inherent in the design of the particular board you're
posting to.They might have changed something recently that causes this.

You might want to contact whoever runs the board and see if they have any
ideas.

I've run into that sort of issue before and generally it's because you have
to log into the original page, and you can't back up into it, you can enter
by only one path. That might not be what they intend on their site, and they
might not even be aware of it.
