IE ERROR MESSAGE! HELP NEEDED

I type in (ex. amazon.com and get to the site without problems. I then search
for music title I want, and a list comes up. I click on one of the
selections, listen to a particualr track all with no problems. If I thecn
CLICK the BACK button, I always receive the following error:

Warning: Page has Expired The page you requested was created using
information you submitted in a form. This page is no longer available. As a
security precaution, Internet Explorer does not automatically resubmit your
information for you.

To resubmit your information and view this Web page, click the Refresh
button.

I never got this before, also when this message appears, at the top of the
page , in blue is written: about working offline.

What does it mean, and how do I correct this. I want to BACK button to go
back to the previous page automatically.

it says REFRESH just do that REFRESH and you will get the page you
wanted its a crappy thing but its ok
