What does this message mean, and how can I avoid getting
it?

It means that you submitted a form to a website, and that
you then clicked the back button on the browser.
Generally, I believe this occurs when you submit on a
page that uses scripting to do it, as it generally must.
To avoid getting it, after you submit the form, look for
another way to get back to the page before the form. Good
website programmers will include a link for doing just
this, like "Return to Microsoft" or the like.
