Its Gotta Be a Settings Problem

Sandee

Starting just very recently when I go to a message board and send a reply,
then click the continue button, then use my back arrow to read the other
messages, I get: "Warning: Page has Expired. The page you requested was
created using information you submitted in a form. This page is no longer
available. As a security precaution, Internet Explorer does not
automatically resubmit your information for you." The Internet Explorer
window this message comes up in is labeled About Working Offline. I'm not
too smart when it comes to the computer but I do know I'm not working
offline. I get this all the time now. Did I mess up a setting somewhere?
Can you help me fix it? I'm using Windows XP Home Version and am connected
to DSL.

Thank you for any help you can give me.
