Problem downloading the service pack 4

I tried many times to install windows update, but always
got "A connection with the server can not be established"
problem. When I clicked the "Retry" button, I got the
following message:
'If this error persists after you have clicked Retry
several times, go to the Windows 2000 Service Pack Web
site and select "Problems Dowloading the Service Pack."
This will give you instruction on how to download a
version of the Service Pack that does not require a Web
connection during installation.'
I tried to search in the microsoft's web site, but failed
to find where the instruction is. Can any friend help,
please? Thanks.
