Service Pack 4 Question

I have a stand-alone Dell 530 I ma attempting to upgrade
to SP 4. When I run setup it churns along for awhile then
announces I should go to 2000 Service Pack website and
select "Problems Downloading the Service Pack" to get
instructions on how to download a version of SP4 that does
not require a web connection.

I can find nothing with that title on the website and
searching everywhere has proven fruitless.

Does anyone know where the mysterious stand-alone download
of Windows 200 SP4 can be found?

Start from http://support.microsoft.com

Click on Download Software. Click on Service Packs. Near
the top of the page (as of 9:30 Eastern time 9/4/03), you
should see "Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 (SP4)".

Thanks for replying. I have visited page you suggest and
find no mention of a SP4 that does not require a web
connection. I see one for Express (web) and one for CD but
no a downloadable, standalone version requiring no CD or
web access. The only reference I see for this standalone
version is in an error message from the Express version I
downloaded saying to find "Problems Downloading the
Service Pack" to get instructions on how to download a
version of SP4 that does not require a web connection.
