Need copy of Service Pack to for stand alone PC

Hi,

I have a stand alone PC not connected to a network or internet.
I want to upgrade to media player 11, but it will not let me without Service
pack 2
How can I get a file copy that I can download from the web/microsoft, burn
it to a cd or thumb drive and then install on my stand alone PC.
I've trawled the microsoft website, without success.

Any help appreciated

A copy of what? SP2 or WMP11 installer? If it needs SP2, then getting the
download file won't help.

SP2 at the top.. Media Player 11 at the bottom.
IF/When MP11 breaks things on your Dell (if you left stuff installed from
when you bought it) - just uninstall it.

To be specific it is Service Pack 2 that I require.
I already have mediaplayer11, Its just that MP11 wont load onto my
standalone pc (my pc is saying mediaplayer 11 will only load if Service Pack
2 is installed first).
Thus I need service pack 2

Yeah that response was a little disjointed. I started to rephrase it then
sent too quickly. I meant to say use the windows update catalog then
changed to the Microsoft download center, but didn't delete the "Use the
Windows" part. It wasn't really clear what he wanted.

installed from when you bought it) - just uninstall it.

To be specific it is Service Pack 2 that I require.
I already have mediaplayer11, Its just that MP11 wont load onto my
standalone pc (my pc is saying mediaplayer 11 will only load if
Service Pack 2 is installed first).
Thus I need service pack 2

working on my standalone pc

The real question is, "Is that good?" ;-) Some who don't like WMP11 would
say not.
