Problem booting computer - multiple irp completes

I recently installed Kodak Easy share software and started
experiencing boot problems, getting the
message "multiple_irp_completes". System will allow boot
to safe mode, but the Kodak reccommends running
two "clear" programs to remove the software. However, the
clear software will not work in safe mode. I would like to
know what this error message means, and how I can
determine that the Kodak software is causing the problem
(I'm pretty sure it is because it's the last thing I
installed) or whether something else may be causing the
problem.

Searching on google suggests it's a driver problem.
