PrintStation software:

When I try to load my PicMeta software I get an ACCESS VIOLATION AT ADDRESS
0024EAF5: WRITE OF ADDRESS 0024EAF5.
I have checked with Dell and they say it is a software problem. I have
e-mailed PicMeta and they they don't respond. Anyone have an idea?
 
its probably not compatible with vista..

you can try running it in compatibility mode
by right clicking on its icon > properties>
compatibility and selecting xpsp2

Thank you for the reply. I triec it and it didn't work. I still got the same message.
