That really has nothing to do with Win XP--I recommend you contact your
printer's tech support section. With that said, you might have gotten a bad
cartridge or possibly it is inserted incorrectly. Try reseating it and see
what happens. If you still have the old cartridge, put it back in and give
it a try.
