Printing problem

Can anyone help, when i print from the administrator
account everything is fine, when i change to another user
account the printer will not print out anything.
everything is working correctly right up to the point
where the printer should print. frustrated you bet i am,
can anyone help
 
Go into the Control Panel and click on Printers and Faxes. Right click on
the Printer and select Properties. In the Advanced tab, set it to print
direct to Printer instead of using the Print Spooler. This problem is most
often seen on XP Home with Norton antivirus installed.
