Printing problem

I am having a problem with a network printer. Have 3 laptops and a desktop on the network. 2 laptops run Windows 7, the other runs XP, the desk top runs XP. The printer is a HP Officejet pro all-in-one. Now for the problem. When we try to print anything we must turn off and then restart the computers to get them to print. Also not one of the computers can 'see' the printer on the wireless network.
