Printing all information for every appt on a 5 day calendar

I just got Office 2007 and printed a week day calendar for my boss. In 2003,
when I printed this calendar, all the information about the appointments
displayed on the calendar. In 2007 I get only one line per appointment which
isn't complete: it may not have a room number or a conference phone number
or the subject of the meeting depending on length. When I print a single
day, all the information displays, but my boss does not want to flip through
pages - he's used to seeing everything on the one page.

Does anyone else have this problem?

I use "The Calendar Printing Assistant for Office Outlook 2007".
I really like it. Free from Microsoft. Have you tried it?

The Calendar Printing Assistant for Office Outlook 2007 is an
application for people who need an easy way to print and customize
their Outlook 2007 calendar information. It puts you in control
of the tools you need and helps you plan and create designer-quality
output.

It will be a separate "sort" of program. It is on the Start menu,
- All Programs, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Tools.
Just lauch this separate application (Open it) and it will work
in conjunction with your Outlook Calendar. (It will find your
Calendar in Outlook by itself).

This confused me a bit when I first installed it. =)
