Hi everyone, first time poster.

We are running Outlook 2003 w/ Exchange 2005 on Win XP boxes. There is a public calendar called the Work Schedule that we put meetings and out of office appointments on.

For December 24, 2009 there are 25 people listed as Out of Office (day before Christmas). The way we do this is we put an all day appt on the day in question and put in something like "Frank S. - PTO" to show he is out that day.

Problem is one user's Calendar does not show the scroll bar in the All Day appointments section so she cannot see everyone who is out of the office that day. I have tried resetting her views and about every other switch I can think of to throw but she still can't see the scroll bar.

Any ideas besides "upgrade to Outlook 2007" ? It's already in the budget for 2010!

TIA,

GrH
