I want to see items from multiple calendars in the To-Do Bar

I work in an office where I need to see multiple calendars from other
employees so that I can keep on top of what it going on that day. I hate
skipping back and forth between my email screen with my To-Do Bar with just
my appts, and my calendar screen with everyone else's appts. Can I have all
the appts for the day for all the calendars show up in my To-Do Bar?

You can't. Only your default calendar and tasks will show in the To-Do bar.
Since you have the To-To bar, though, means you must have Outlook 2007, so why
not display all the calendars in the overlay mode of the Calendar Nav Pane
view?

I do have 2007, and I do use the Overlay Mode on the Calendar screen. I guess
I was just being lazy! Thank you for letting me know the anwer to my question!
