Calendar Printing Assisting

I have a couple of questions regarding this program:
1) When I print calendars for our company, if I print on regular 8.5x11
paper, not all the information for the appointments/deadlines show, unless I
print in legal size paper. How can I fix this?
2) How can I change the bullet points for each appt/deadline?

1. Either make the font smaller or have fewer items on each date.

2. Bullet points are assigned to calendar and task folders, not to
individual items. You can change the points and colors - click on the arrow
at the end of the name in the left pane and choose change symbols from the
list.
