I have converted from Outlook 2003 to 2007. Apparently, when printing a
monthly calendar, it now truncates each appointment to one line.

I have installed Outlook Calendar Printing Assistant. Now, it prints more
than one line. However, I cannot find a way to start a monthly calendar
format, say, on the 16th of November. It always wants to start on the 26th
of October.

Is there a way to tell Calendar Printing Assistant to start on other than
the first week of the month as you can do with the regular Outlook calendar
print? If so, I would appreciate some directions or a reference to a FAQ or
tutorial.

Thanks,

Gordo

Unless one of the week options supports it, you can't select the dates to
print like that.

See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/editcpao.asp for how to
customize the template.

Thanks for responding. I was afraid of that. You would think that Microsoft
would conduct a rather simple regression analysis and realize that they
removed a simple but valuable feature. I just don't understand it.
