Microsoft Calendar Printing Assistant for Microsoft Office Outlook 2007
(12.0.6416.1000)

I am printing four calendars overlaid. I created the calendars within my
Outlook profile (for family members). Each calendar has at least a few
appointments marked private. When I print in CPA, only private appointments
from the default calendar display the subject; all others display "Private
Appointment."

Is there an option in CPA to allow the printing of private appointments? Or
something I can do in Outlook to permit it? Of course, I would like to avoid
changing the status of all private appointments.

Thank you for any advice or ideas.

Are these calendars in a PST? If so, marking them private is pointless as
anyone can see them. The private flag is used with Exchange servers to keep
other accounts on the server from seeing them as they view free/busy.
