Hi I cant use my printer because the print spooler does not work. It was recomended i download ... [Mucks' Edit] insert stupid-have -to-pay-for program that is probably a virus anyway ... ( $29.) Australian. This does not work. Any other sugestions would be great.

Also, for us to assist you we would need details of the issue. questions to ask yourself are:

When does this print spool issue occur?
Are there any errors?
Have you recently updated your print drivers? Should you?
Can you reproduce the issue repeatedly with a series of steps? This can lead you to find the cause fairly quickly. (Example: Every time I print in Word, I get a print spooler error. But other programs print fine.)
