Printers "Unable to connect"

I have a user on the network who logs in and can use most network resourses
including email (Outlook), can access server drives, and can use company wide
software. However, they can not print. The network printers in their
printers folder all say "unable to connect". We deleted one printer and when
we tried to reinstall it we received an error message saying it was unable to
connect to the print server. However, the user can ping the print server
from their computer. Also, other users are having no problems connecting to
the print server and printing to the same printers. User has Windows XP,
SP2. We haven't done any changes to system nor to this users computer, this
just appeared suddenly. There's no error message when they attempt to print.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

This looks similar to the problem I'm having, where printers show as "unable
to connect" if they exist on a 2003 DC.
My users can print, but not manage their own jobs (e.g. cant delete one).
Are you positive your users cant print ?

All users can print except just this one user. It seems to be a setting on
their computer only, I just can't figure it out.
