I have a relatively strange question. I have a user who's Dell Precision
Workstation (laptop), can connect to the network just fine. the problem that
i have is with the printers that he connects to. When he starts up his
machine he does not have any printers available or should i say that they are
just invisible. If we restart the print spooler service, they show up
temporarely. Then, when he wants to print again, he has to go through the
same print process. I've set the print spooler to restart the service in
case it fails, but yet it still happens. I've also deleted all his print
drivers and reinstalled new drivers, but still the same problem. I've also
deleted his printers and recreated them...but no luck.
Please help, i've ran out of ideas.
thanks, in adv.
