Printers Missing in Control panel

I can't reinstall them because it says my print spooler isn't working. Can't
start the print spooler becouse "the dependency service or group failed to
start" Can anyone help? I'm so confused.

See if reinstalling the printer helps.

Now I have a new error. specified print monitor is unknown.
