Printer won't print

I am trying to troubleshoot why my printer won't print. I
have followed all the steps for troubleshooting and still
it does not work. Currently, both lights (green and red)
are on. Can you tell me why it won't work?

Check the printer manual for details of how to replace the cartridge. If
you have lost your manual a new one can be downloaded from the Epson website
at www.epson.com

More details are needed..... which make and model of printer are you using,
and how is it connected to the PC.

Check with the printer manual - or the printer manufacturer's website for
LCD error codes... it may need servicing.
