printer won't print

I called for my printer to print a document but it
doesn't print and there is no indication that anything is
wrong. What do I do?
 
Having the same problem...mine is a Canon BJC-2100SP...
It just says it's offline...but the damn thing isn't...the
cartridge just stays in the middle...
 
Not the same problem at all. You probably need a new print head. The
cartridge staying in the middle is a very good indication of this.
