Printer problems

Hi group,

Hope somebody can help me. I'm using a Sony laptop in a network, I have all
the latest patches. I can add local and network printers and I can print
without problems; but if I need to change properties or if I try to delete
them my computer displays an error message about windows explorer and
ModName shell32.dll and the printers window shuts down. I can open it again
but as soon as I try to change properties I get the same error message
again.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
