Printer fails to print on the prescribed lines of a form.

Using Windows XP professional on a HP Pavilion, when printing to a HP Deskjet 940C, w;hen priinting a form, the printer starts one line above the proper line. By the middle of the form, the printing is one line below the proper line and by the bottom of the page, the printing is two lines below the proper line. I'm using Medisoft Version 9, printing on a HCFA 1500 form.

Make sure you have the correct and current printer driver and see if
there are any adjustments you can make with your software and/or printer
driver.
