Printer, scanner? Is this a multifunction device? If so, what brand /
model? Are you using XP compatible drivers, or possibly older ones, that
came with the device?
It is a Dell A940 printer,copier,Fax; and I have XP compatible drivers. I
foolishly downloaded Microsoft's IncrediMail and I think that caused the
mal-function. Have since remove IncrediMail and that did not help.
