Printer default paper size

Anyone know the difference between the AdvanceTab->Printing
Default->Advanced Options->PaperSize and the DeviceSettings tab->Form to
Tray Assignment?

Exactly what the printer settings do depends on the driver.

But, most likely, Paper Size is the paper size to use by default whereas
Form to Tray Assignment is where you tell the driver which kind of paper is
in each tray so that it can automatically decide which tray to use based on
the selectd paper size. This happens if you choose a paper source of
'Automatically Select', which is usually the default.
