print spooler

Someone used my computer that I would never have let use it but my husband
did. He now knows not to. But my printer is gone and when I try to reinstall
it I get an error message that the print spooler is not started. So how do I
start it?

I have also been getting a message that hpzjod01.dll needs to be installed.
What is this and where do I get it>

You may not think so, but "my printer is gone" is not enough detail to
explain your problem, and without knowing what your problem is, no one
can help you.

Try contacting your printer manufacturer for help.

Reinstall the printer; they are sometimes lost like that, i.e., for no
good reason.

Try rebooting first. If that does not work then go to start>run> type in the
box services.msc then press enter. Scroll down the list to find the print
spooler. Right click and start it then make sure it is set to automatic.

Why on earth do you give a warning about people who indeed have the
expertise to fix problems?
Do you have a chip on your shoulder? Mad because you are corrected? Mad
because they expose the fact that you
are not an MVP? What a horrible personality you have.
