I've installed all patches which are released during appril and later including KB835732. After applying that patch kb835732, I had another problem. Forexample, one of the laptops (HP OMNIBOOK XE3) had problem like below
when I power up the laptop, its hanging up and locking byitself while "windows is starting up" message appeared. I removed the kb835732 and it worked properly. But I'm not sure that print spooler service stopping is related that patch also
So, that problem is still going on for some clients.

Here is the fix for the startup issue after 835732
KB article 841382: "Your Windows 2000-based computer stops responding, you
cannot log on to Windows, or your CPU usage for the System process
approaches 100 percent "
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=841382

I would recommend the following troubleshooting steps in dealing with your
spooler issue:

1. Run the Cleanspl utility from the Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit

-96EE-B18C4790CFFD&displaylang=en)
(This utility works on XP, 2000, and 2003)

2. Install only in-box drivers for the printers needed when possible (or
else try to obtain updated printer drivers from vendor website)

3. Remove third-party port monitors as per Q260142 (NOTE: Do not remove the
HP Master Monitor if it exists, make sure it is upgraded to version 4.2)

4. Disable the loading of any but the default (WinPrint) by deleting their
respective sub-keys from the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windo
ws NT x86\Print Processors
