Print Spool stops

We have a Win2K SP3 server with Citrix MetaFrame SP3 installed. Our print
spooler will suddenly stop for no reason. The following is in Event Viewer...

Source: Service Control Manager
EventId: 7031
The Print Spooler service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1
time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000
milliseconds: Restart the service.

It then restarts the service and everything is good.

I checked the DrWatson log and about 3 mins before the spooler crashed, I
got this entry in it...

Application exception occurred:
App: spoolsv.exe (pid=728)
When: 2/24/2005 @ 08:08:21.733
Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)

I had loaded Win2K SP4 but this did not seem to correct it so I have since
removed it. ANY help would be appreciated b/c this problem is driving me
buggy!

We had the same Problem.
1. Use only certified Citrix Drivers !
2. In Citrrix limit the creation of auto client printer only to this
drivers.
3. map printerdrivers to the Citrix built in drivers.
