"print spooler service is not running"

Anyone have any idea how to reinstall my printer spooler
sevice, my, urm, SISTER, yes, sister deleted it.

First see if she just stopped it, rather than deleted it. From the Command
Prompt, type

net start spooler
(and hit enter)

If it really is not there, you will have to perform a Repair Installation
(please try not to be too cross with her, just take away her Admin
privileges instead!)
