Print Spooler problem

I tried to install a capturefax driver under safe mode. During the
installation, a warning message pops-up "Print Spooler - Installation cannot
start the print spooler service, start this service using Windows NT Service
Manager and then press OK."
Can anyone let me know how to start Windows NT service manager under Safe
Mode in Windows XP Pro.

Go to 'Start|Run', type:

services.msc

and click "OK"
