Print Queue Hang, Printing - error

Hi, I notice that when a printer is missing paper and the user feed the
printer in a delay lower than 30-45 min, the printer start printing again but
when the user wait longer than this, even if we put paper back into the
printer the printer wont print. After that we need to pause the printer and
restart the spooler and remove the pause and everything goes fine. I was
wondering, is this a configuration on the printer or is there an other thing
that I can change to resolve this issue.

We had this problem too. I found that if I disable the
SNMP status it fixes the problem. Go to properties of the
printer and select the port tab. Remove the x from "SNMP
Status Enable". Hope it helps you too.
