Print Queue does not clear

I have a windows 2000 server that has two HP Laserjet
2200's installed on tcpip ports. Print jobs do not clear
from the queue. I have reinstalled both printers, and
have found a microsoft article related to this problem
that stated the spool file may be marked read-only. Well,
mine aren't. Any suggestions?

If you are using drivers from HP, disable Bidirectional Support on the Ports
tab of the printer properties.
