After print job prints states printed in print queue

Hello all,

After setting up an HP Color Laserjet 3500 on a 2000 server we are having
problems where the print job resides as printed in the print queue and we
must manually clear the queue. We have tried to remove the printer and
re-added it to no avail.... Any thoughts or ideas?

If Bi-directional is enabled on the port tab, disable this setting
