Print properties too small!!!!!

Hi,

One of our users has been unable to view all of the
printer properties on his PC. The properties window is
too small to display all of the tabs and I have not been
able to find a way to expand the window. Does anyone
have any idea where such settings may exist? There must
be a registry setting which dictates printer properties
window size!

Ryan,

Have you tried changing the screen resolution on the client
computer? Sometimes the 800X600 or higher resolutions work
better.

This is not a screen resolution issue. The properties
box is not large enough to display all of the properties.

The font size may be too large. Try selecting small fonts in display
properties advanced (Or where ever it's hidden on your system)

The printer properties display box size is dictated by the printer driver that you have selected. There are no settings in the registry that control this. Try to back rev the driver as a test. We had the same problem with a HPLJ 2400 series. Changed the driver to a 2100 and the property box was much smaller.
