I have read all the posts on the subject but have not found one with my combinations or that works. I am running 64 bit office 2016 on Windows 10. The region is correct "South Africa" the printer properties are set A4. If I do not set die Individual
worksheets to A4 instead of Letter the printer come with a warning and will not print. There must be a way.

A few questions:

a) Which printer are you using?
b) What size paper is currently being printed on the A4 setting?
c) Are you trying to set the print properties to letter?

I am using A Canon inkjet MG5700.
I want to use A4 and everything is set to A4 except new worksheets that all default to letter.
I want A4 as that is the standard in this country.

It looks as though Microsoft Office has defaulted to letter size which it would do if you're in the USA. Find the setting within office for each app such as Word & Excel and set that to A4.

I'm not familiar with Office 2016 so can't advise where that setting may be.

It may involve opening a document, right clicking and selecting properties.

If things are already set to A4 within Office then I'm afraid I'm at a loss.
