Print problem!

I had lost my printer service with my computer @home. I
cannot reinstall my HP printer as I get the following message:
"rpc server is unavailable" and after investigating I found
the I cannot start the print spooler and I get an "error 2"
message. Computer tells me it cannot find file! Can someone
help me with this? Thank-you!!
