print problem

Is there a solution to trying to quit a print job? Every time we cancel a
print job the dialogue box displays that it is deleting the but it never
does. The printer (Epson 660) just keeps on printing. Turning the printer
off doesn't help and the only way is to completely shut down the computer
and turn off the printer. This has only occurred since switching to XP
previous versions there wasn't a problem.

Do you have updated printer drivers? How 'big' is the print job. I have
noticed that some print jobs that I delete take a little while to actually
delete.

I have the same printer, and have had no such problems.

Are you using the Epson drivers or the generic XP ones? If
you're using XP drivers, download and install the Epson
ones instead.
