Recurring print file

A while ago I had a PDF file (possibly faulty) refuse to print on my
Konica Minolta 2400W. Trying to delete it from the print queue in the
usual way resulted in the delete job hanging until I turned the
printer off. When I turned the printer back on the job had vanished
and I was able to continue printing other files.
However, every time I reboot the PC the same "faulty" file appears in
the printer queue and I can't print anything else until I've turned
the printer off and on again. This is maddening. The symptoms
suggest that the job hasn't been deleted from the print spooler. Is
this right and does anyone have any suggestions how to get around this
problem? I'm using XP SP3. TIA John

Try deleting the contents of this folder.

C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\PRINTERS

Good luck
