Print Manager Will Not Clear

On a Win XP Pro workstation, the print manager doesn't
clear after the documents have printed. All of the
documents print but they are saved in the print print
manager. When the user logs-on or restarts all of the
documents in the print manager print again. I can manually
clear the que. Otherwise the printed documents just build
up. Also, I have reinstalled the printer and drivers.
There is no print server. The printer is just a network
device. Any ideas?

uncheck Bidirectional Support on the Ports Tab if this is an HP driver.
