Print Job Won't Delete from Queue

One of my users cancelled deleting a print job, the queue
still says deleting after 2 days, i've tried deleting it
again from her machine and on the windows 2000 server. I
also tried going to c:\Winnt\System32\Spool\Printers and
delting the file from there but no joy. Can anyone help me?

If the queue resides on a server, try bouncing the print spooler service.
If you can't or don't want to do that, log on to the print server locally
and look for and respond to any printing popup messages that may on the
desktop.
